Refunds and Returns Policy
At Wagon Vibes, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Eligibility:
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return:
- Contact Us:Please contact us at returns@wagonvibes.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization:We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
- Ship Your Item:Include the RMA number with your returned item. Ship the item to the address provided.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Approval:
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Partial Refunds:
- Only partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may be subject to partial refunds at our discretion.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to defects or damages, please contact us at exchanges@wagonvibes.com. We will guide you through the exchange process.
Shipping
Return Shipping Costs:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and ensure you receive the correct product or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
