Most of our ready samples are free. e.g., ice pack and small cooler. In case any customized designs, we may charge our basic costs for the toolings, and it is refundable when order confirmed.
2. HOW CAN I GET THE COOLER BOX?
For those free samples, the freight are bill to the buyer, FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL are for your option. Let us have your corrispondent ID, we can luanch the pick up for you. For bulk order or FCL ordre, we have experenced agency to support the complicted problem during the delivery, you just need to wait for the arrival of the goods at ease.
3.HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE COOLER BOX?
Most of our official order, we may process on the Alibaba's platform or our company USD account by TT. For those order less than USD1000, we prefer handle by Paypal , Alipay, or even Wechat pay.
4.WHAT IS YOUR MOQ?
Good question, MOQ are different against different products, E.g., Ice pack is 2000pcs, Cooler is 100pcs, and we have special policy on specific area, pls consult our sales representative.

We have our own designer team. Al,CDR or PDF,etc are recommended, JPG with high-resolution is also OK for artwork. For those new developed mold, 3D drawing is needed.
7.WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT TERM?
Our normal payment term is 30% deposite and 70% by TT before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight.
8.WHICH KINDS OF CERTIFICATE CAN I HAVE?
We can arrange 3rd party to have the test or certification you may need.But the inspection. fee may bear by both side.
